Kiran.Earth

Hi, I'm Kiran

I do what I can to promote a climatically stable era of human flourishing. I also like to row boats and am training for LA 2028.

Currently, I’m building infrastructure for precise weather modification at Recast Systems.

Recently, I've been making biodegradable reflective clouds in the stratosphere to bounce light into space and cool the Earth at Make Sunsets.

I've also helped other people with global cooling while contracting for Stardust.

In past lives, I have worked on:

- building world-record-duration superpressure weather balloons (record attempt underway)

- using seaweed to reduce cattle methane emissions

- designing climate-adaptive methods for seaweed farming in East Africa

- re-writing nuclear power regulation for the U.S. Government

- building local electrified transportation networks

- and leveraging micro-targeting techniques for eNGO advertising

Writing:

Why We Don't Build Nuclear Anymore

Consulting:

I advise investment firms, federal agencies, and select clients on matters related to climate, energy, and geoengineering.
